I grew up increasingly frustrated by a fashion world dominated by exploitative labour, toxic materials, and endless waste. It felt impossible: fabric drenched in pollutants, clothing churned out in child\u2011labour factories, and consumers encouraged to shop more than they need.<\/p><p>I knew there had to be a better way. During Covid lockdown I utilised the time to research how to make changes, what companies to support that aligned with my own ethics.\u00a0 I found some companies that had 1 or 2 of the changes i wanted to see but none had them all. This was when the proverbial light bulb went off in my head. If you cant see the change you want, be the change yourself.<\/p><p>So I created Phoenix Ashes &amp; Co to create something radically different\u2014a brand rooted in ethics, transparency, and sustainability. I wanted to prove style doesn\u2019t have to cost the planet.<\/p><p><\/p><h2><strong>Why We Exist<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p><strong>No child labour.
